By ordering from Lagertha Laserworks, you agree to the following:
Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
No refunds or returns on personalized products or custom orders.
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted.
All other returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense and will entail a restocking fee.
Handmade Product Variations
Each product is made to order and includes elements of handcrafting. Since these products are not mass produced, some variations in color, markings, and size will occur.
In addition, monitor and display settings may cause variations in how the color appears on your screen vs in real life.
Wood products may have naturally different grain patterns, and stain and paint colors may vary.
Wood responds to humidty levels, and may slightly bend or not lay 100% flat. This does not impact the final use of the product.
Shipping & Packaging
In order to keep costs lower and to lower my carbon footprint, I often reuse shipping materials. This may include reusing cardboard boxes that supplies are delivered in, reusing packaging materials, or adding in recyclable materials that help to keep your items stable during transit. I only use clean materials- you won't be getting a used pizza box!
Once the product has been handed to the shipping provider, I cannot guarantee how it will be handled.
USPS policy states the customer must file a claim if their items arrive damaged. I will do my best to help in a situation where damages may arise, but customer accepts the conditions of third party shipping services if they choose to have items shipped.
Any damage claims must be made within THREE (3) days of receiving your item. Please include pictures and a detailed description in your claim.
